Cancellation Timeframes
More than 24 hours before
Full refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days
2-24 hours before
Full refund as Viventur credits (instant, usable for future bookings)
Less than 2 hours before
No refund (considered a no-show)
Host Cancellations
If a host cancels a session, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. We'll also help you find alternative sessions.
How to Request a Refund
Go to 'My Bookings', select the booking you wish to cancel, and click 'Cancel Booking'. Refunds are processed automatically based on the cancellation timeframe.
Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. You'll continue to have access until the end of your billing period. Refunds for partial months are not provided.
Disputes
If you believe you're entitled to a refund not covered by this policy (e.g., service not as described), please contact support with details. We review disputes on a case-by-case basis.
